Warranty Policy

Autoround is committed to providing high-quality automotive parts. All products purchased from Autoround come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What's Covered

This warranty covers the replacement of the part only. If the part fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Autoround will provide a replacement part.

What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any labor costs associated with the removal and installation of the part
  • Damage caused by accidents or collisions
  • Damage due to modifications or alterations to the part
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Vehicle make, model, and year
  • A detailed description of the issue, including photos and videos if possible

Upon receiving your claim, we will review the information and, if the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement part. The defective part may need to be returned to Autoround for inspection.

Return Shipping
For approved warranty claims, Autoround will cover the return shipping cost of the defective part and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Limitations and Exclusions
This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Autoround’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part as stated above. Autoround shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
